Hello, my name is Chiquita. My family and I are seeking support or help for my uncle Tyrone Prim. He was sent home today on Hospice and currently does not have health nor life insurance. We are in dire need of assistance to care for him while he is in Hospice and also we don’t have anyway to burry him if he pass away.
