Friends & Family – Tara and her sons are in need of a miracle. My Mother-in-Law, Tara, was diagnosed with stage 4 metastatic breast cancer December, 2020. She has undergone multiple surgeries including a mastectomy, lymph nodes removal, and having rods inserted into her right hip and femur (since the cancer is in her bones); and 25 rounds of radiation as well. She refuses to give up and is currently undergoing chemotherapy and a host of naturopathic/homeopathic treatments at a new intensive treatment center. She has spent over $160,000.00 in medical bills in 2021 and 2022.
She is the most generous, faith-filled person and has done so much for others. Now is our chance to lift her up and support her and her family. Medical and other expenses should not be a worry for her and her sons as they battle through this. Tara has been unable to work–she has served others as a clinical social worker and life coach for 30 years–since starting treatments over two years ago. We would like to raise enough to cover her medical expenses to relieve some of the stress on her and her sons to allow them to use their strength to fight the cancer.
