Work Readiness Program- enhancing basic introductory skills to the hard-to-employ population. Prepares and empowers individuals for job placement, skills training, and employment preparation, resume building, interview skills training, and entrepreneur skills.
Offering educational programs that will provide resources to assist with, communication skills, basic computer skills, GED prep, and more basic educational tools.

Necessity Support – Providing community resources for clothing, Hygiene, furniture, and food boxes.
Resident Advocacy- A Life Change resident member who will help connect with a wide range of social and community services available throughout the county. These services cover various areas such as education, childcare, public transportation, community health, mental health support, substance abuse assistance, legal aid, and state/federal public programs.
Offering resources for counseling services or mental health support for individuals facing economic hardship or other challenges.
