At the end of October I was involved in a motorcycle accident where a farmer with a Semi Truck and grain trailer had pulled out of a field in front of me. I was unable to stop in time and hit the rear corner of the trailer resulting in several severe injuries leaving me unable to work. I suffered two fractures above my left eye, my left shoulder was severely bruised, it left me with several fractures to my ribs on my left side, my left leg was bruised all the way from my hip to below my knee, and my left foot was also bruised during the accident. I never imagined it could take so long for ribs to heal. The Harley is ruined and in need of serious repairs. I am a self-employed welder and on site truck repair mechanic. I am still unable to do the necessary bending, twisting and lifting to preform my job. 
I am asking for help at this time because I am still unable to work at this time and the bills are piling up. I am 50 years old and I do not want to lose my house because I’m unable to make the mortgage payment. I have gone through all my saving and the medical bills just keep coming.
