Many of you know that I faced an unexpected illness in October that completely took me out for over a month. I am doing well in my recovery now and hope to be back at work in December. That said, I missed two months of work and therefore income, and as I get started back up and have to build my caseload all over again money is tight and I am scrambling not to lose everything I moved here for. Anything helps and would go towards basic necessities such as food, gas, and housing. I am also in the process of working with my case manager to apply for any additional assistance I might qualify for as I get back on my feet. I know one day I’ll be doing well financially and will pay it forward to those in need as I’m able.
