I have never done this, but I am now in need of some help with my copay to get radiation therapy for my cancer. The total cost is around $12000.00 but I only need $2300 to cover my part to get the radiation. Any help would be appreciated. The cancer is on my nose, and I am afraid it will spread to other part of my face and body. I have the option to have constructive surgery, but my nose would be deformed. I am 65 years old and am a little nervous about having surgery. I have seen others who have had the surgery and although it helped rid them of the cancer, they just aren’t the same. I’ve chosen to possibly have the radiation instead as I hope that will kill the cancer cells. Radiation will take about 6 weeks to complete. I’ve looked for other options but haven’t come across any of this post. I will continue to do research for other treatments just in case. Right now, I am just hoping for the best for myself and anyone else who is going thru this type of ordeal.
