I am a 71-year-old man and a diabetic.  I also suffer from depression, arthritis, and a enlarge prostate.  I am a Navy veteran, but I do not qualify for the VA as I serviced during peace time.  My only source of income is social security.

I fell just before Thanksgiving of last year and fractured my T12 vertebrae of my spine.  I was place on bed rest by my doctor as he told me that ir would heal by itself in six to eight weeks.  I fell again in May of this year and was taken to Mountain View Regional Medical Center.  They did an MRI and found that My T12 vertebrae was still fractured.  They operated on my back and fixed my vertebrae.

I have to use a walker as I am considered a fall risk.  My doctor wanted to send me to physical therapy for help with my balance.  I was unable to do the physical therapy as my insurance has a high do-payment which I cannot afford.

My eye doctor   wants me to get cataract surgery for both of my eyes.  He told me that if I do not get the surgery that I would go blind.  He has been telling me to have the surgery for several years now, but I have been unable to because the high so-payment for the surgery.

I have cut back on buying the refills for my medications.  I need to take care of these bills even if it affects my health.  That is why I am asking for your help.  I own the ambulance service, Mountain View Regional Medical Center, and the imaging service for the MRI of my back.

I would appreciate any help that you can give me with these bills.
