This funding appeal is to support one of our dear friends, Marvin, wife. Marvin and his wife found out she has breast cancer. She will need surgery and treatment.
Marvin’s wife was diagnosed with a highly aggressive form of breast cancer. The doctors are moving ahead quickly with the treatment; time is a factor. Because of the treatment, Marvin and his wife will need to be out of work for an extended period. We are hoping to raise funds to help with all the expenses that will come in the weeks ahead. They will both lose income from their jobs, the family will be spending countless hours at the hospital, and medical bills will be high. All funds raised will go directly to the Smiths to help alleviate financial burdens so that they can all focus on taking care of themselves mentally and physically.
We understand this is a very stressful time for both of them and hope this fund will relieve some stress off of a smart, beautiful, caring and funny (she has to be, being married to Marvin) wife and friend. A donation of any kind will help Marvin’s wife and family in her ongoing battle against a difficult disease and prognosis.
