TO all who are generous and concerned about the happiness and welfare of others. My dear friend’s mother Rita is in need of a surgical procedure that her insurance doesn’t cover. She needs an eye operation, if she’s unable to receive this operation soon she will become permanently blind. Soon her family will be expanding with the addition of new members. At a time when families are to be united and the enjoy the growth and expansion of new members into the fold, our dear Rita might not be able to welcome them with open eyes and experience the true pleasure and excitement of seeing her family grow and expand.
Which is why I have started this fundraiser, hopefully to help secure the funds necessary for Rita to receive this much needed procedure. To help her be able to fully enjoy this season that is focused on family and being able to spend cherished moments and create memories that will last a lifetime. This, unfortunately has occurred at a time when myself and those close to us have found ourselves financially challenged to bear this burden on our own.
So I implore all those who are generous in heart and mind, those who value the lesson of giving to help those in need, those who appreciate how loving and caring our LORD is to us, may we all follow his example.
