We bought a house on 01/12/2021, and then Michael (Mike) got cancer in March 2021 so going to the treatments and medication, it has been hard to get stuff done to get the house fixed, and we had to buy a new furnace and central air combo as it was not able to stay in the house. Then we had to get windows as they got mold on them and leaking very badly. SO WE ARE MAX out for money as we have the loans, then we had to get another car so he can get to treatments. we have to co-pay for doctor visits and X-rays. medications. food and gas and all the monthly expenses we do get from social security disability, the money does not go that far. Mike has stage 4 kidney cancer & bone cancer from kidney Cancer and it is starting to go to other places he is in active treatment. We are not giving up on beating the cancer we want to grow old together for many years to come. We are in need of a ramp and re-do the bathroom to get handicapped and the whole house handicapped and electric work. carpet in the whole house painting in all rooms a new roof and insulation in the attic and new shower downstairs 2 egress windows in the basement and a new kitchen stove I don’t want another loan we are max for money.
