On March 1st, Kylie (11 years old) went to Cambridge hospital due to back and stomach pain after being sent home. On March 15th, my sister brought her down to children’s hospital in Minneapolis to get more answers. After numerous bloodwork and ultrasounds, the doctor could feel her spleen through her skin. He said he wouldn’t be surprised if she got admitted right to surgery. Thursday, March 16th at 2:13 we got word that they found gall stones. A gal stone was found in her pancreas, they then sent her over to Abbott northwestern to get a GI test. Still waiting surgery to bring munchkin to relief.  My sister hasn’t been able to be at work and is staying at the hospital full-time. Please keep our family in your thoughts and prayers! We don’t know when he will out of the hospital, and our hope is to relieve my sister from some financial burdens at this time. We are so thankful for the wonderful nurses and doctors who have made kylies experience tolerable. They have had nothing but uplifting attitudes and bedside manners to put a smile on her face.

Little miss hasn’t been able to attend school, be home with her dog, or do all the things an 11-year-old likes to do. She, unfortunately, has a limited number of visitors every day so she is limited on who can come to see her. Please help us bring home our trooper!

Through this trying time, any help for my sister would be greatly appreciated.
