Jeff “Choc” Ellis spent 15 years as a middle Tennessee football official , Jeff was diagnosed with MS in 2017 . Jeff is currently taking treatment and the hospital bills are pilling up. With his current insurance he’s paying all he can towards his deductible but this is very hard. We are asking for help to mainly pay his medical bills .
