I have been informed that my total out-of-pocket cost for the imaging procedures are estimated at $500 ($250 each). I am reaching out to seek assistance with meeting the out-of-pocket cost of the imaging, and I have also requested an additional $1500 for the purpose of covering any additional unforeseen cost relating to the latter (i.e. additional testing, etc.).
