Ever since I married my husband he has been physically abusing me and he isn’t letting me get a job. He gets into arguments with everyone has recently gotten fired and has fallen into a depression that he doesn’t want to get rid of. We have bought him so many medications for his depression but he never takes them. He isn’t paying for any of our household needs. He also physically abuses my 13-year-old daughter he throws a notebook or slaps her across her face. We tried to call the cops but my husband got furious and started more fights he just started one at 11:38 pm and now it is 11:54 pm on 12/15/2023. He doesn’t let me pay for anything and won’t give me any money he threatens me and can’t control his anger issues. Whenever we call the cops on him he lies to them saying he has never hit us but we have witnesses and proof. We have been traumatized by his actions and my husband doesn’t want to get any help. He used to create tantrums at work, which is why he got fired. I told him to stop because his boss was an amazing man and he had helped with my husband’s other depression episodes. I have no family or friends that would want to take us in and we can’t even go back to India because we don’t have a house under my name. I don’t want my kids or me to be near this toxic, abusive man. Every day they come back home scared of what their father is going to do next. My husband’s depression is so bad that he doesn’t clean his body for months and wouldn’t talk to a single one of us unless he wants to start a fight. He would not eat or drink any water or anything for days. He also tries to avoid us at all costs and then he complains about why his life is terrible and he tells my oldest daughter that she is the reason he dies. He told me what to do when he passed to my daughter when she was 10-12 years old.
