Kelly is a remarkable 35-year-old teacher who has dedicated her life to shaping the minds of our future generations. However, her world was turned upside down when she suffered a stroke and heart attack. While she has been working tirelessly to regain her speech and mobility, the stroke has left her with a new set of challenges, particularly in regards to her teeth.
The stroke has affected the muscles in Kelly’s face, leaving her with a permanent clench in her jaw and the inability to close her lips. This has resulted in the heartbreaking loss of four of her molars, which has shattered her once radiant smile.
Kelly has been through so much, and it’s heartbreaking to see her suffer in this way. Her smile was her trademark, and it’s devastating to see her lose that part of her identity.
