The reason why I am writing to ask for help from people with good hearts is that I have just been diagnosed with prostate cancer and I feel the need to ask for help since I have to stop working. I am 68. years and my livelihood is my job to help me with the expenses since what I receive from the government is not enough to be able to live well, we are my wife and I, she is 60 years old and my children are grown and married, thank God they already have their lives. I have never asked for help from the government or any institution, I have always worked to support my family and to help my mother. She is 87 and Iedra is ill and has the beginnings of Alzheimer’s. She is in Mexico because it is cheaper for me to have her with a mother. person who is there 24 hours a day and that is another expense that I have monthly, it is 1,500 dollars to pay for nursing and meals. I receive from the government 1,800 dollars a month from my retirement but it is not enough that is why I turn to you to see if it is possible to resort to more good-hearted people for help and to be able to cover the expenses while I am in recovery but it is also possible that I could die in the operation.
