In spring of 2023 I had a severe heart attack severely impacting my life. I had two stents placed into my arteries at Henrico Doctors Hospital St. Mary’s. The doctors did not take my insurance at that facility, but the hospital did. The insurance is Solidarity Healthshare.
In order to make additional health progress, I was forced to find another facility where my insurance was accepted. My family doctor helped me research another facility where my insurance would be accepted. After much research I found Bon Secours St. Mary’s Hospital would take my insurance.
So, I switched doctors and was scheduled in the cath lab on July 3rd.
On this day I had two additional stents inserted into my arteries. This helped me tremendously, to where my sleep improved greatly.
I also did cardio rehab. This has strengthened my heart, but it is slow process to rehabilitate my heart. But it is getting stronger.
My insurance Solidarity Healthshare was supposed to pay the July bill, but did not. I kept trying for a few months to get the insurance to pay. As it stands now St. Mary’s decided to billed me to collect the funds to pay the bill. St. Mary’s billed me $56,100. While it is a reduced price, I do not have sufficient funds to pay the bill in full or pay it at a monthly rate of $4500.
I have run out of options to fund this large bill from St. Mary’s.
So, I need help to collect funds to pay the St. Mary’s bill. I do not know where else to turn.
