Hi, my name is Muna and a simple bath in November of 2022 changed my life. I discovered a swollen lymph node under my left arm which lead to me being tested for cancer (I’m giving you the very short version of this story) I eventually was diagnosed with metastatic adenocarcinoma breast primary. I have had sixteen rounds of Chemo, surgery, and radiation. I have five more sessions to go and that will be twenty-eight. I worked at an elementary school and recently had to quit to concentrate on my health which cut my income in almost half and that’s why I’m here. I have been through some very tough things in my life and this is up there with one of the toughest. I want to share a few tidbits with you. I want you to understand that FAITH is vital if you want to continue on this journey called life successfully. You can not expect to survive something like this if you have weak faith or no faith at all!  Having a strong support system is also important. This consists of people you know have your best interest in mind and are there for you in your darkest hour, willing to help with whatever you need. Everyone needs to be in tune with their body. Do not ignore abnormal things. Be proactive! Don’t just let things go! Ladies you need to be doing regular self-exams and men, you need to get that prostate checked regularly as well. Yearly wellness checks are also important. Now that I’m off the soap box. Remember a little help goes a long way. If 200 people gave $25 that’s $5,000! That would help accomplish more than you would think. I’m a private and  sometimes stubborn person, so to do this took much thought and prayer. I really appreciate your willingness to help me and my family. 💪❤️

10/13/23 Today was my last day of radiation! I am so happy to start my healing journey! This may sound confusing because you may be thinking that the Chemo, surgery, and radiation was the healing journey. Yes, that is part of it, however, now is the time to recover mentally, emotionally, and physically. Thanks again for your help! Proverbs 19:17 is such a loving reminder. It states, “The one showing favor to the lowly is lending to Jehovah, And He will repay him for what he does.” 🙏❤️

I want to thank you all again for your support and give you an update. ❤️ I am dealing with major fatigue and other things, but overall I’m progressing. I hope the hardest days are behind me. I do have another surgery coming up next month, but it’s minor. I’m a giver and a hard worker, so being in this situation is hard, however I AM adjusting. Again a million thank yous to you!!!

Good afternoon! I have decreased the amount I’m trying to raise because I have received support from unexpected places. Jehovah has blessed my family greatly! He’s one awesome God!

Thanks to the help I’ve received through this site I have been able to take care of several major things. However, I still have a few things left. I’m so close to reaching my goal.

A new year starts tomorrow and I am looking forward to a fresh start. It will be a time for healing in all respects. Thank you once again to all of you who have helped in any way. That includes prayers, texts, calls, meals, and monetarily. ❤️
