Hello! We are the Brown family and we live in Columbia, SC. My husband Earl was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes at the age of 14. He experienced kidney failure for the first time in 2000 and received a lifesaving Kidney/Pancreas Transplant in 2002. The Pancreas failed in 2011 and the Kidney rejected in 2015. He has been on dialysis since 2015 awaiting a 2nd Kidney/Pancreas Transplant! His antibody level is very high and he needs an almost perfect match in order for his body not to reject the organs! The Transplant centers encourage patients to do a fundraiser to help with the high costs associated with the transplant as well as temporary housing, food, prescriptions, bills, etc. After he receives a Transplant we will be responsible for paying his Insurance premiums and they are $1200/month and the prescriptions are approx. $3500/mo. We are trusting God during this trying time and believing that He is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think!
