I have recently be diagnosed for, Shoulder Impingement, Knee Osteoarthritis, as well as, Lumbar Spinal Stenosis. The Dr. wrote a script stating, 1-no stooping or bending over 2-no working at heights 3-no bending on knees Being a carpenter all my life, my condition just put me out of work and financially unstable. I have filed for SSI disability and was denied.
