Two of the hardest things for me to do is to both accept money from people and to accept the idea that a long-known friend, “partner in stupidity” and most importantly brother, is no longer going to be around for our hellos, goodbyes and the general form of smack talk we gave each other just to press buttons. Me and the Wilda family as a whole weren’t prepared for this and how could we be? A piece of what made us whole was taken away in the blink of an eye, we are all still in shock and with no real bearing at the moment, all we have is the vague idea of what must take place and the pain it will bring.
On 1/16/2023 at 5pm Aidan’s life was tragically cut short by an accident involving his beloved bike and three cars, I will spare details simply for the sake of keeping things away from graphic.
What we are asking for today isn’t easy as it means we have to accept our Aidan won’t be coming back, but if you can, please consider donating to help us with the insane costs these matters bring, all of which are just a bit much for us to bite down on financially, any and all help is greatly appreciated.
But most important of all, let this be a reminder that nothing in life is promised, especially tomorrow; say yes to your family, do that family dinner you don’t want to, tell people that matter to you that you love them often and hold onto those hugs just a second longer than you would normally.
