SOOOOOOOO back in 2020, I was able to purchase, renovate and convert my 2016 Ford Transit HD 350 into a Tiny Home & Media Studio on Wheels.
I was blessed to pay off the van back in 2022.
Since June of 2025, #TuttiTheVan and I have been PARKED in NEED of a TRANSMISSION!
I’ve been working and saving. I have $2,000 in savings but I need another $8000 to get moving again!
Honestly this is my HOME and WORK Studio, I don’t want to SALE because Tutti is Paid IN FULL and I need her to travel to various Gigs and Media events I cover. My Media Company is Don’t Judge My Life Media LLC
I am working and saving but asking for help to get back on the road, and back to WORK WORK covering WNBA, AAU, women and girls in sports.
Because I have a High Roof Van, I have to take it to a shop which has enough space to lift the van and work on the transmission.
I don’t want to sell the vehicle, because I would not have 3xs the rent or paystubs to try and apply for an apartment. I would not want to put myself in more debt, rent, utilities, water bills. Honestly in today’s economy it would be more beneficial for me to keep the van instead of sale it and try to move into an apartment.
My van is paid in full, I have a bed, water/shower. and solar powered electric.
I’m working to accomplish this goal, by myself. But honestly trying to save another $8,000 could take a while to reach.
I have also been applying for grants and sending in book samples to try and land a publishing deal.
