Our daughter Noah is battling a serious illness. We are raising funds to help cover the cost of her medical care and daily needs including medication, treatment and in home care. We are fortunate to have an excellent medical staff on our side yet “this is a marathon, not a sprint”. Those were the words of her surgeon when explaining what to expect on this journey, which has just begun.
This news has come as a shock to us.
Noah is receiving therapy to help her deal with this extreme change to her life and activities as well as the traumatic effects on her overall health. Noah begins her chemotherapy treatment this week (July 13th) and we want her to be at ease within the unwavering support of her family and community.
Noah is young (27) and strong. Her doctors are hopeful that her treatment plan will be successful.
Yet, we have a long road ahead to get help get her condition into remission. Our family has banded together even closer since Noah’s diagnosis. Now we are asking the broader community to join us in supporting her during the treatment and recovery process.
