I started My journey on December 2024 when I was misdiagnosed and treated for something I didn’t have, this went on until March 2025 when I had a biopsy and was told April 10th, 2025, that I had stage IV triple Negative Breast cancer.

They scheduled me to put a port in for the Chemo, The first of many surgeries

They started me on Aggressive Chemo for almost 48 weeks and tons of test

On 06/24/2025 my doctors took me off work as with Chemo and working I was not getting the rest I needed and since I was not able to return back to work after 3 months, I lost my job.

I traveled to Rochester Mn to Mayo Cancer center for a second opinion as I was still in denial of the cancer and with all the Chemo that I had been doing and blood transfusion the cancer seem to keep growing.

Mayo after lots of test confirmed that I did have cancer and that my doctors were doing the right treatments for my case.

On November 10th I had a double mastectomy and was released to home on November 11th 2025, my doctor had told me that before surgery the cancer had spread to my lungs, and then after surgery the let me know there was even more cancer but they couldn’t get it all as I could only be on the table for a certain amount of time without having complication’s, they had 2 doctors working on me in surgery. On December 31st I was put back into surgery as the Port became infected and was draining

The doctors wanted me to start on Keytruda after the double mastectomy but I said no as when they had me on it earlier it was making me go blind, so they decide to go pill form for the next 6 months, but soon after they decided to do Radiation first then do more aggressive Chemo after Radiation,

I start radiation January 28th, 2026, every day until March 13th, 2026.

In the meantime since I have lost my job I also lost my insurance, so I had to apply for other insurance. That worked for a while till December 31st 2025, then that insurance stopped but they did start me on another insurance plan, but bills kept coming to me until the hospital and insurance company figured things out.

Now to make matters worse the transmission on my truck is going out (I did not need the added expense). I need my vehicle fixed as on Jan 28th I start Radiation and that is every day until March 13th and that is 90 miles round trip.

Please I hope you can help me out. I know it seems like a lot but it’s not even a fraction of what I owe the hospital until they figure things out (so far hospital bills that have come to me are $48,760.24 and then I’m thinking another $2,000.00 to get truck up and working
