Praying for a Miracle
Vince was told this past week while getting chemo that Chemo will be life long. The Chemo at this point is being done to prolong his life here with us and to try to keep the cancer from metastasizing to other organs. His liver is still very active and covered with cancer. He had gone to see a liver specialist in the hopes of getting a liver transplant or maybe even having radiation or surgery to specifically inject the cancer with medication to shrink the cells. Well the liver specialist say they can’t do anything. So the only thing left is for us to pray for a miracle. We know and understand God is in control. Neuropathy has become an issue with his feet and hands. He now has to go weekly to Houston to keep a check on his blood counts because the Chemo is starting to deplete his platelet counts which means he gets yet another drug to build his platelets. Through all of this, he is still trying his hardest to work.
My sister is having to miss days from work to take him for his treatments and weekly blood counts too. Financially it is still taking a toll on them due to loss of wages and time off work. Whatever you can offer either financially or even just a prayer for a miracle we would greatly appreciate it so much
God Bless You!!
