The children of Mike and Shelly Johnson are creating this fundraiser to help with the medical expenses and living cost as Shelly fights Pancreatic cancer in Phoenix, AZ. At this time a week of treatments is 7,800 as well as living expenses (cost of Airbnb and groceries ect) we felt like this amount would help them cover one week of expenses. At this time, we anticipate mom being there about 3 months. The doctor will evaluate moms progress and treatment plan every three weeks.
At the end of May, mom was diagnosed with stage 4 Pancreatic cancer. Traditional chemo treatments were not recommended for her situation.
