8-07-2023 My older sister Gina shown in the picture in the white baseball cap my younger sister Lenora and my daddy, who has passed. Gina is a very strong woman. She is facing a very rare surgical procedure because of a blood clot and a tumor both located in her lungs behind the heart in the pulmonary artery. They are in search of finding a surgeon who can perform this. So far, nobody in Arkansas has performed this type of surgery where they will remove her left lung and part of her heart.
We have been told that Cleveland has a great hospital there. Transportation and hotels all cost$$. Pray we can get her there. My sister and her husband both are on disability and insurance alone is not going to pay for all of this. She will have radiation and chemo as well. To survive this operation, they are going to need medical expenses for all of the equipment and Everyday things that she’s going to need after the operation.
Money is also needed for airplane travel for family. Which includes myself Teresa Kessler, who just moved away from Arkansas to Colorado from my sisters. Our daddy’s suicide played a role in our move to be with son and grandchildren. So airplane travel for family during Gina’s surgery will also be an expense.
