Starting a new business And got my trailer and all tools inside stolen. I’m not one to ask for charity, but I really don’t know what to do at this point. I’m just looking to provide for my family and serve my community as best as I can.
I have recovered the trailer and it cost me almost 400 out of pocket to recover with all of the impound fees and gas, however, the contents were picked clean. My local sheriff’s office says the chances of recovering items are slim to none. My homeowner’s insurance will not cover it, and my boss says his insurance will not cover it even though it was on his property with tools that were there to do work on his jobs.
I’m very devastated just as I’m getting ready to start a new venture and 30 years of my life has been taken from me. One suspect is in custody as well as multiple trailers have been recovered.
Ultimately if I get my items back even with the time, cost, and gas spent, I will cancel this campaign and take the whole thing as a lesson to spend more on insurance
