I have never tried this before, so if this is wonky, please understand.
This is desperate plea.
I am trying to relocate or my daughter in law and her family from Washington state to Kentucky. And if you have ever driven cross country twice it is very costly. Transportation prices are outrageous: gas, Uhaul and etc.
Or prevent her homelessness with 3 children. She doesn’t have a license; she was the wife and main caregiver for her disabled child. And this development was swift.
Some background…….
She was married to my husband’s son for 14 years and unforeseen situation has left her without any income and 3 children: ages 15, 11, and 10, one of which has downs syndrome for which needs several surgeries. She is only 34 years old. She has no one to turn to except us. Her husband is no longer in the picture. She has voiced her desire to move here so we can help her until she gets her life back on track, (which we have all been there) and my husband and I are retired and living on a very limited income. The want is there, just not the finances.
This came out of nowhere, she and the children are not to blame. The fault lies with the father and his disregard for his family.
We are using this to help get her life back, whatever she chooses we support them 100%.
If you cannot help financially, please keep them in your prayers. My husband and I could use a prayer or two also.
