On September 17, 2021, our lives were changed forever. My husband Paul Ward, had a stroke at the age of 51. He made it through it. Thank the Lord! But it has left us with more medical bills than we can handle. He has lost the use of the left side of his body, which has caused even more medical problems since the initial stroke. He was in the hospital for a week and in rehabilitation for three weeks afterward. He went back to work just two months after he had the stroke. He is a very hard worker, and with the inflation and the way the world is today, we just can’t get caught up. We have tried to make it through the past year and four months. But we just keep falling more and more behind. We had to purchase a small truck for him to be able to get in and out of, and it is in the shop right now with a head gasket problem. The sad thing about that is the man who sold it to us knew our situation and sold it to us with the knowledge of the problem it had. All we are asking for help with is the medical bills to get us caught up. This will be taken down as soon as our goal is met. I know that times are hard for just about everyone right now.
