This past month we heard the words no one ever wants to here. The big C word. Our sweet mother has been diagnosed with Stage 3 Carcinoma Cancer. She is currently unable to work and a two income household for three has all of the sudden taken a major hit and has gone to one income.
Our mother currently helps take care of our Aunt who has the beginning stages of dementia and this is going put a lot more on her plate, especially without the extra income.
We ask for your help in whatever that looks like for you. Whether you can assist them during this season of their life financially or just with thoughts and prayers, we appreciate all the help we can get.
She believes with all her heart in God’s healing and we are believing for a miracle. So prayer warriors unite and lift her up in your prayers. We serve a big God and He’s got this!
Our Mom is a strong woman and she will fight this with every fiber of her being. But, we know that Radiation and Chemo will take it out of her and her strength will suffer. So if we can help take a little of the pressure off of her that’s what we want to do.
Side note to all her family and friends: If you want to set up a time with her to clean her house or just cook a meal and spend some time with her she would appreciate that as well.
