Hello Everyone,
My name is Jaime. My daily life is an absolute struggle all day long. I struggle daily with an alternating combination of depression,PTSD,severe panic attacks severe anxiety, chronic lower back pain, chronic bi-lateral knee pain, osteoarthritis, fibromyalgia, migraines, seizures and moments of lost time. I once lived a very social life and now I’m borderline agoraphobic.
I can’t leave and go anywhere out of fear that one or more of the conditions will flare up and cause major problems.
I am unable to work, I am currently fighting to get on SSA Disability, State Disability or have my private insurance long term disability appeal granted and reinstated due to these conditions.
I have no way to take care of my basic needs or provide for myself outside of the sanp benefits I receive which as you know does not cover anything like shampoo, conditioner, soap, dishwashing liquid, clothing, deodorant or help pay for the few bills I may have or any basic tv for entertainment outside of watching the 4 walls of my room.

This is a year or more long battle and yes I think that goal is reasonable. There will be a lot of out of pocket expenses from equipment needed that insurance will not pay for.

The first of which being a SAMi Monitoring device which retails about $500.00 with S&H. That is the first need beyond just basic care needs mentioned above. Anything above my goal will go to others like myself in need that I am aware of with proof given here or on my FB along the way.

I spent many years on the small streets of many small towns raising money for the Shriner’s Children’s Hospitals and many other families in need. I’m just hoping a little of that good karma returns my way here.
