Hello my name is Jantzen Smith and im starting this cause my mom has been in and out of the hospital the last few months (this is the only pic I got since she dosn’t like taking pictures) and is falling behind on payments and now she is having to have surgery coming up and its over $4000 not including the nights she will be in the hospital post-surgery so im trying to raise some money to help my mom and dad out with this
