In need of some financial help please

Hello people of the world, my situation is a very private matter but for those who will help, I had an accident on June that left me with knife in my head. Completely accidental I fell on my head while holding a knife in the kitchen. I was the only one working for my wife and 1 year old daughter. After a few months of working (had no choice to stop and heal) I ended up with a bruised brain, some swelling, and massive migranes that keep me from completeing simple tasks. Now my wife has to work and keep up with the bills and we are just struggling. I Will be cleared to work in a month or two but until then we just need help. Money for the medical process is really taking its toll on us and we really need help. Of not for me then for my wife and little girl.
