Hello,
I am the single mother of three teenage girls who’s father is not involved, and currently going through chemotherapy as I have been diagnosed with stage 3B Anal Cancer stemming from Cervical Cancer back in 2017. Due to this I had surgery back in June to remove the majority of the cancer which led to me having a permanent colostomy bag placed. Unfortunately the surgeons were unable to remove all the cancer, and I have had complications ever since. The current treatment plan is 4 rounds of Chemo every 21 days. While trying to heal and complete chemotherapy I have been hospitalised and also have Pneumonia. It seems like everything is hitting all at once.
To make things worse I am not able to work and currently attempting to get disability, but the application process is a long and lengthy process. In the mean time I have no income to provide for my family. I am currently exploring every option and assistance program in my area. This is adding stress to an already horrible time in my life. On top of all of this my boss is threatening that I will not have a job when and if I am able to go back to work.
I would never be on a site like this asking for help, but at this point I am running out of options to be able to provide for myself and children. If I can’t find solutions or resources we will loose everything we have. Please consider donating to our campaign no matter how big or small it will make a world of difference in our lives.
