Help us make a difference in many children’s lives! We run a 100% VOLUNTEER camp for abused, abandoned and neglected teens who reside in foster care, in Southeastern Wisconsin. At Teen Reach Adventure Camp (TRAC) our heart’s desire is to be a ray of hope & encouragement in these troubled teenager’s lives. 2016
We are planning to launch TRAC Life- Mentoring Program this spring so that we can positively impact these valuable lives year round, enhancing their experiences at our summer camps. The required mentoring training is in February at the national office in Portland, OR. And our big fundraising event is not until March 3rd, at Strawberry Creek, in Kenosha, WI. (Be on the lookout for your invitation!)
We don’t want to wait until next year to give our teens hope for their future through a life changing friendship. Next year may be too late to let them know they DO matter, they are valued, and that they are worthy of being loved. Until our regular fundraising kicks in we are hopeful this will provide the additional resources necessary for this training event.
So… we prayed about it, asked God to provide and then we got this idea as a possible avenue for provision! Please consider making a donation and helping us help these teenagers in our communities become our future assets instead of our liabilities or casualties.
The money raised will be put towards plane fares & registration/conference fees for the team. If donations exceed our goal the funds will be used towards our 2017 camps & mentoring. We chose this website because all donations are tax deductible as they would be if they were made directly to our camp.
Most Thankful! Jerry & Elizabeth – Directors, Teen Reach Adventure Camp
