Raising funds for a Disabled Veteran to assist in covering medical, transportation and housing expenses during my course of treatment including, but not limited to, surgeries, cancer treatment and Hotel expenses. After the second surgery on my right ankle failed, I have now been informed that I will require up to two more surgeries to prevent the amputation of my right leg below the knee. I also have broken toes in my left foot and I might need to have surgery on them at some point after I conclude the treatment of my right ankle. During the same time period I was diagnosed with kidney cancer and bladder cancer. I had to relocate to a Hotel close to MD Anderson Cancer Center which is the Best Cancer Center in the world. I underwent Chemotherapy for the bladder cancer before the removal of my right kidney. I will continue my Cancer Treatment until I am in remission for 5 years when I will be Cancer Free and then I can finally Ring the Bell. Staying at the Hotel within the Texas Medical Center in Houston Texas has created a financial burden on myself requiring me to use my life savings. I now, because of my ongoing health concerns, also require a caregiver which is an additional out of pocket expense. That is why I am pleading for financial assistance because I can no longer continue paying for all the resources that are needed for keeping myself alive. So Please find it in Your Heart in helping this Disable Veteran continue with his life as a whole person. I am doing everything that I can do on my own so now I need Your HELP in a BIG WAY.
