I am 50 years young, I was diagnosed with cervical cancer about 4 weeks ago! I have been married for 35 years with my loving husband Ryan. I was at hillcrest medical hospital ICU, I had a blood emergency, I thought I was going through a change of life I started my period and for 2 months I bled and kept bleeding when the paramedics came to my home and was brought to the ICU of Hillcrest Medical Center of Waco Tx, I had 2.6 pints of blood left inside of me, I went through 6 blood transfusions within 6 days I spent 9 days in the hospital with a swarm of doctors and nurses taking care of me. I do not have medical insurance! While I was going through all the blood transfusions, the doctors found out I have cancer, cervical cancer stage 2! The bill for the hospital was $8000.00 a day! I have applied for help and have been turned down! The doctors recommend I get a hysterectomy to hopefully stop the cancer but time will only tell. The longer i go with the cancer the harder it will be. The hospital told me I had to be seen by a referral program for a hysterectomy doctor but it seems I am being bushed back because I don’t have the money or insurance! I do not want to die from this cancer! My family has had cancer in diagnosis and I have lost aunts and uncles I don’t want to be one of them! Please help me survive!
