This is my son James, he is having major jaw surgery to correct his severe overbite without the procedure he will suffer a lifetime of pain due to strain on his jaw, severe sleep apnea, speech issues, difficulty with eating and chewing food and abnormally shaped teeth not to include lower self esteem. He is also on the spectrum side of autism so getting child care for him is not an option at this time due to possible melt downs without the comfort of my presence making his jaw worse. Surgery will be on the 27th of this month. I am a single mother who is disabled as well but have no choice but to work a full-time job, his father has chosen to not be involved in his life and is aware of this procedure. The funds will pay rent, gas for follow-ups, his food for his special diet of soft foods , and our remaining bills for the month. If I am allowed to I would love to give update photos of how his healing journey goes. I’ve tried every option possible for help this is my final option as I live in an extremely rural area in Idaho
