Amount of money Requested: $8,300 for necessary dental work
Thank you for all the help! Amount raised: $4,500
Still needed: $3,800
I would like to thank everyone who has contributed to help me pay for my necessary dental work. To date I have raised $4,500 which has helped me completely repair one tooth and has helped me get the second tooth started. My next bill will be $2,300 and will be due March 10, 2026. It will cover the cost of a new tooth that will be placed on the post that is placed where my tooth was pulled on 11/11/2025.
I have raised $1,050 through this fundraiser and the balance of $3,450 through the efforts listed bellow. Thank you from the depths of my heart for all the help.

As a retired woman I am extremely fortunate have both medical and dental insurance. The reason I am reaching out via this fundraiser is because I need to have some dental work done over the next several months. Given my dental insurance limits, $2,000 per year; the expense of my co pays as well as the overall dental work I need I need to come up with an additional $6,300 to have my dental work completed.
My plan is to spread this over several possible sources. 1) this fund raiser. 2) Selling some of my photography on line that will include photos from some of my photography shows and other photographic options, (the link will be made available once its created). 3) working as a “gig” worker driving for Lyft.
I recently began the dental work. The first task was the replacement of a crown that had fallen out. On examination the dentist had to “clean up” the remaining tooth, prepare the new crown and place it in my mouth. The next scheduled appointment is an extraction and implant preparation which will cost $2,000. An additional $2,300 for porcelain crown for that tooth. I also need a crown replacement for the tooth in between these two teeth which will be an additional $2,000.
It is very difficult for me to be asking for this assistance but the truth is everything is so expensive. Although I have dental insurance most of the procedures I need are expensive and “out of reach” and medically I can’t wait any longer to get this dental work done. It is not possible for me to barrow any more additional money as I have maxed out that option. I greatly appreciate any assistance offered. Thank you for your consideration
