Help fix My Heart

Dear Friends, Family, and Kind Strangers,

I have been recently diagnosed with heart failure; which has been complicated with hypertension and Type 2 Diabetes. I have to wear a Life Vest device; which monitors the heart and delivers a ‘shock’ in order to jumpstart it if my heart stops beating. I’ve also had fluid build up in my lungs; which contributed to my heart beating at 30%.

Because of this device; I’m unable to continue my employment as a truck driver. Where I was making $2000 a week; and therefore cannot afford to pay the medical bills I’ve received so far; which exceeds $49,000.

It’s because of current health condition; and my having to wear a Life-Vest; that I’m unable to work and pay on the medical bills that I have incurred. Also; my Insurance only covers small portions of the bills that I have. And I would like some help in this matter.
