I am asking that you help me get my life back. I have been going through depression and anxiety for the last several years and have been in treatment and am on medications, but I am still very depressed. I have been verbally abused in the past and it has scarred me really bad emotionally. The funds raised will be used for me to go on a 5 day retreat with intense counseling and therapy to help transform my life. People who have gone on this retreat say that after the retreat, they were able to go off there psych medications and stop therapy. People have also said that they have accomplished more in this 5 day retreat then they have accomplished in years of therapy.
