I started this cancer journey in February 2021. Everything had been going ok until headaches started Thanksgiving of 2023. After a brain scan was done, a 5 cm tumor was found in my brain, inoperable. Had to have a special mask made to do the 10 rounds of cyber-knife radiation treatments to the affected area, scans to see if it helped with any shrinking will not be until March 8th, 2024. Still have constant headaches. The waiting is the worst part of this journey. Worry if everything is going to be ok or spread somewhere else. Since this diagnosis of a brain tumor, I am not allowed to drive or get out and do physical work per doctors’ orders. I have a hard enough to doing things around the house and basic things that I need to do for myself. Have applied for disability which is not very much to live on. Just trying to stay ahead. Do not want Cancer controlling my life while I fight to live it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. And please keep me in your prayers. Thank you. I will continue to stay as strong as I can through this rollercoaster journey of physical and mental emotions. Just want to live and see my beautiful Grandbabies grow up and ease a little stress of worrying about everyday things.
