Darren is a young boy facing one of the hardest chapters of his life right now. Recently kicked out of his home with nowhere to go and almost nothing to his name, he’s doing everything he can to stay strong- but he needs help. With no stable place to sleep, limited access to the food he needs, and zero financial support but his own, he’s at a breaking point. He is not looking for handouts, I just want to give him a chance to get back on his feet, rebuild his life at the age of 17, and work toward a stable future. Any and every bit of support brings him one step closer to safety, stability, and some chance of hope.
Knowing him personally he has such a good heart for others even helped me when I was in need and now, I want to repay him that knowing the situation he’s been placed in now. This isn’t just about the money. It’s about giving someone the opportunity to start over. He wants to learn, work to earn, and to live life with dignity and purpose. He dreams of having a place to call home, finish his education, and start building a future he can be so proud of. But right now, he is stuck in survival with no clear way out. Every day he is filled with uncertainty- where he’ll sleep, how he’ll eat how he will stay warm and safe.
