Dying of cancer is terrible but the medical bills keep piling up.

Boyd my husband is dying of throat cancer. Because I will not put him in a nursing home and give up on him the state and government will not help me pay for his medicine, liquid food for his feeding tube or any of the extra medical needs he has. I am asking for a helping hand to help me keep him alive for a bit longer. His hospital bill is $13,000 for Liberty hospital and $3,000 for our local hospital when he needed help. His liquid food is over $300 a month.
We are existing on Social Security, and I am making the hard decision to pay the bills or rent or get Boyd the things he needs to keep living. I have managed to keep the electricity on but we are going to lose our house for non- payment of rent.
If we lose the house the state will take and place my husband in a nursing home (on what I call the death watch). They will only do what is basic to make the time he has left by drugging him up and letting him die. The clause they are using is called comfort care. This is basically legal murder. The powers that be keep saying I am going above and beyond the call of duty to expand his life and that is not what they are here for.
We have been married for 53 years and now I am supposed to say well you are dying of cancer let me help you along that road!
Please if you folks could open your hearts for a donation of just a little bit it would be wonderful.
