Desperately need financial help for medical bills, treatments, testing and prescription medications, many of which are not covered by any type of insurance. I am diabetic and have end stage renal (kidney) failure. I am on full time kidney dialysis. I have many additional medical complications with my heart and degenerative bone loss in my hips, legs, back and tailbone. I am in excruciating pain 24/7
