Last week I received the news that I’m in need of major dental work involving my two front teeth and a rear molar, after insurance it totals around $815.00, unfortunately I cannot afford this so I’m reaching out for any help that’s offered.
I canceled my original appointment and moved it to the end of the month, half of my payment will be due the day of the appointment, and the other half will be due two weeks later if I’m able to go through with it.
I absolutely hate asking for help, but situations like these don’t really give me a choice, it’s either take a chance asking for help or continue to cancel, so I’ve chosen to ask.
This fundraiser was primarily made to reach the $800.00 goal needed for my dental care, however if more than what’s needed is received, below is what it will be used for.
St. Thomas and Tri-Star did not approve us for financial assistance, I am having to pay around $400.00 a month in payments during a time I truly can’t afford it, unfortunately they won’t take less or bend in any way, therefore any donation reached beyond my dental care will go to pay these two hospitals off, this can also be done directly through Care Payment and Tri-Star direct, so I will provide all information if asked, and someone would like to help.

To clear any confusion, this fundraiser is for me, and the hospital bills mentioned were from our local hospital that is partnered with St.Thomas and a Tri-Star hospital, not Vanderbilt.
