We send out our heartfelt gratitude as we continue the journey with love and hope ❤️ 🙏🫂💞

The Heartfelt Request for Support Continues for Our Beloved Brother, Father and Veteran

Dear Friends and Supporters,

I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out with a heavy heart but also with hope, as I share the story of someone truly remarkable—James B. Smith, Jr, (Smitty) a loving father, brother, and a proud veteran and security officer who has always put others before himself. Today, he is facing one of the toughest battles of his life: a fight against lung and brain cancer.

Jim has spent his life serving his country, his family, and his community with unwavering dedication. As a Naval veteran, with 16 years of dedicated service, and 25 plus years to the community serving as a dedicated security officer he has exemplified courage and selflessness. As a father and brother he has been a source of strength, love, and inspiration. Now, as he undergoes treatments, the financial burden of unexpected medical bills, travel expenses, and daily living costs has become overwhelming.

We are humbly asking for your support to help ease this burden. Your generous donation, no matter the size, will go directly toward covering medical costs for treatments, transportation to appointments, and ensuring his family can focus on his recovery without added financial stress.

Every contribution brings us closer to ensuring Jim can focus on healing and spending precious time with his loved ones.

If you feel moved to help, donations can be made directly through this fundraiser account link, please be aware there is a small credit processing fee.

Additionally, if you can’t give now, sharing this message with your work, worship, friends or family networks would mean the world to us.

Thank you for taking the time to read this and for considering supporting Jim during this challenging time. Your kindness, words of support, and generosity will make a profound difference in his life and remind him that he is not alone in this fight.

With heartfelt gratitude,

Pat Osborn

Together, we are making a meaningful impact. Thank you!
