I was diagnosed with stage 3 cervical cancer at 36 years old in 2025. For the past 10 months I have been unable to work, and the financial strain has become overwhelming. I’m behind on rent, car payments, and I can’t afford the monthly medicine for my 16-year-old cat, Damien, who is diabetic. The thought of losing my home that we have been in for 12 years, or my ability to get to doctor’s appointments is frightening, but what hurts most is the possibility of having to give up my two cats and my dog, who is 10. They are deeply loved and have always been well cared for, but with local shelters overwhelmed there’s nowhere for them to go. This is truly a desperate situation, and I’m reaching out to the world for help because I want to keep my family together.

Getting support now would mean everything. It would help me get caught up on rent, keep my car running so I can continue treatment, and most importantly. make sure my senior cat gets the medicine he needs to stay healthy. My pets have been an irreplaceable source of comfort throughout my treatment and an endless joy through our 16 years together. I’ve always done my best to shield them from hard times, but I can no longer protect them from that, and it’s heartbreaking. I am asking for help to give them the senior years they deserve in a loving family and home they have always had. Please keep us in your prayers and hearts. Thank you for any support you can give.
