Tiffany is a devoted single mother of two young boys and a valued member of our team at St. Francis, a small non-profit food pantry, bed ministry, and place for spiritual direction. In November 2025, Tiffany received the life-changing diagnosis of APL leukemia. Since then, she has faced countless challenges, not only in her fight against cancer but also in providing for her family. Because her treatment is expected to last less than a year and she was working part-time with us, Tiffany does not qualify for disability benefits. This has placed an enormous financial strain on her and her children, as she is unable to work during her treatment.
The funds raised will go directly toward Tiffany’s living expenses, gas money to get to and from her treatments, and essential support for her boys. Every dollar will help ease the burden of medical treatments and daily costs, allowing Tiffany to focus on her recovery and her family. As a small non-profit, we see firsthand the dedication and love Tiffany brings to her work and her children every day.
This cause is very close to my heart. Tiffany is a very dedicated mother and employee. I am aware that not all campaigns or fundraisers seem desirable for one reason or another. But, we at St. Francis, see this young mother’s efforts and struggles with this cancer every day. We typically ask your help for the center, but this time we ask you to please prayerfully consider how much you might be able to help our right-hand girl Tiffany as she struggles physically, mentally and emotionally with the dreaded disease of cancer and the inability to work enough to keep a roof over her and her children’s head. Lastly, we ask for your prayers for her, knowing that the communion of saints is with us as we lift her up to the Lord.
